Havana Syndrome:

Event: The first incident of attacks on the American & other countries diplomats and their families in Cuba.
Beginning 2017, more reports from U.S. intelligence and military personnel came about the same symptoms in other places, such as China, India, Europe, and Washington DC.

Moscow Signals:
Year: 1953-1976
Event: Suspected Microwaves attacks on the American embassy in Russia.

The real question to ask here is: if those devices were used to attack Diplomats, would those same devices be used on normal civilians? and if so, to what end?

I started getting tortured with the same devices/weapons in 2015 “although now I’m sure it was being used on me without me noticing since I was born”, and I learned a code language that is embedded into the words and alphabets of all the languages humans speak “English, Arabic, French, Dutch, Spanish, etc…”, this code language is used in the American presidents names “and many other places” in a way that proves that the presidents and all other humans are being controlled like robots and murdered by a secret entity who is using those weapons/devices.

The most positive thought I have:
I think that the mind reading device will have an effect on human social norms as important as the steam engine had on industries, just like the industrial revolution, we will be having a social norms evolution, and will hopefully be free, equal and peaceful.
